Graham and Fiona were looking for a Kitchen Extension, where they were open to different thought processes as to what would suit their requirements.
We drafted up and issued a couple different floor plan options along with roof options, where we reached agreement on the best way forward with a full open plan layout, where the ability to increase the width of the utility was also achieved and we subsequently applied for Planning and Building Warrant.
This Extension was built with matching materials to the exterior, where with the roof, we installed two large Velux roolfights, so that we maximised borrowed daylight back into the main Dining Area.
A patio and extended path around the base was installed, and due to the extra rainwater requirements, we installed a new Rainwater soakaway in the Garden.
We installed the new Kitchen and Utility supplied by Laing’s Direct in Inverurie.
This is another Open Plan Kitchen Extension which has created a fantastic new open plan living space which is sure to bring many years of enjoyment to our customers.
