Roddy was looking for a replacement porch which was cold and draughty to the front of his house along with replacement flat roofs to both the Dormer roofs.
We removed the existing Porch and erected a new insulated Timber Kit clad with Larch to exterior with new Double Glazed UPVC windows. Electric underfloor heating was installed with a tiled floor and shoe cupboard with a new composite internal door.
Roddy then chose to paint the Larch cladding which has turned out well and the colour blends well with the Granite property.
