Malcolm was looking for an extension with a bit of wow factor and one that could create new living space while creating an open plan Kitchen and still having access to both kitchen and the original Lounge and access to the Garage at the same time.
Triple Glazed Grey on White UPVC windows, along with Triple Glazed Velux rooflights were installed, along with a nice Wood burning stove in the corner of the Sun Lounge.
As a Bedroom window was covered over, an electric Velux window was added to the Bedroom ceiling with light shaft formed to allow for borrowed daylight and the ability to open from a remote controller.
An existing covered passageway between Driveway and Rear garden was infilled to form a new Bedroom and small Utility with access to the Garage.
We believe this extension definitely delivers on the wow factor.
