We were invited along to form a separate Granny Flat type arrangement where the extended family, could all live together in their chosen separate areas along with straight forward access between the buildings for shared lving arrangements and meals as required.
We duly designed an extension where this contained a Vestibule area and open plan Kitchen, Living area for the Fox’s to live in with the existing Bedroom at rear of property being maintained as the Bedroom.
The extension was designed to follow the same overall design as the property, where the final space delivered on all that was required and has worked very well for the whole family.
