Renwick & Margaret had Designed and built a large Sun Lounge to the front of their property around 10 years earlier and when they decided that they would like another extension built on to their property, Monarch was asked to Tender for the works and was successful with their bid, where due to our past relationship, they were keen to use our services again.
This was a timber kit build, where the exterior was all clad in Local Larch, with Anthracite Grey PVC windows and Composite door being installed, with a slate roof.
To the interior we formed new openings into the Extension and created a nice large Craft room with built in storage along with a Utility on the Ground floor and an additional Bedroom on the first floor.
A new timber and galvanised mesh fence was erected on the boundary with the main road, and various patio works were carried out along with a concrete base for new garden shed and new rainwater soakaway was formed near the boundary where care had to be taken to work alongside existing tree roots.
