Jacqui invited Monarch to quote for her new open plan extension, where we were able to design and build the complete Extension and supplied and installed a new wood burning Stove along with a lovely new Kitchen from Laings Direct at Inverurie.
The rear of the house was opened up, with steel portal frame installed and the wall between the original Kitchen and Dining area was removed, where we had to install a steel beam for additional support to floor above.With more or less all projects like this, the finished works transform the living space within the house and due to the addition of the glass rooflight to the Extension, there was ample additional borrowed daylight back into the original kitchen area.
