Brian & Jenny were looking to further modernise their property after previously building a large kitchen Extension and replacing all the windows and doors for new Nordan ones, by replacing the tiled roof with Modern sleek Zinc cladding.
Brian had chosen a contractor for the Zinc works, where as part of the overall works, the roof had to be stripped of tiles, old timber battens and felt, where we then installed a new breather membrane with concealed ventilation to existing roof, then new timber battens for an air space for additional ventilation, then covered with timber sarking boards with new Fasica and Soffit area all formed, ready for the Zinc to be installed on the property, where once these works were carried out, this totally transformed the exterior of the property.
